Making Payments

Hokowhitu School tries to keep additional expenses for families to a minimum, and many extracurricular activities are subsidised by fundraising from the PTA. However, you will occasionally need to make payments to the School, and we hope the following information will help make this process more convenient for you.

Cash or Eftpos

Cash or eftpos payments can be made in person at the Office during school hours. Because of the fees involved, the School is unable to receive payments via credit card.

Internet Banking

You are welcome to make any necessary payments using internet banking, but please take note of the following to ensure that the payment can be clearly identified:
  • School account name
    Hokowhitu School Board of Trustees
  • School account number
    12-3143-0322799-00
  • Details to appear on the school's statement
    Child's first and last names and reason for payment

Kindo

Working together with Kindo, Hokowhitu School offers you a fantastic way to view and pay for your child's school needs online (Sports and ICAS Exams only). No cash, no paper, no hassle! Shop anytime, anywhere with our Kindo online school shop for sports and ICAS Exams payments only.

Setting up an account is easy!
Click on  “School Shop” 
Click on the “create an account” option & fill in the details

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Choose to pay-as-you-go using our instant top up options;
- POLi – links to internet banking and is fee free
- Credit/Debit Card – will incur 2.5% surcharge and a 50c fee
Or have regular payments topping up your Kindo account;
- Bank transfer – allow two days for processing
