Ngā mihi nui. Thank you to our whānau for your incredible contributions to our Cultural Day. We were treated to a spectacular assembly that showcased the many cultures within our community. It was wonderful to see so many children wearing clothing that represents their heritage with such pride.
Today’s celebration was the perfect culmination of our term-wide learning on Tūrangawaewae (A Place to Stand). At Hokowhitu School, we don’t just acknowledge our diversity—we value and treasure it deeply. Thank you to Mr Masoe for his efficient organisation to make this day special.
