Welcome to Term 3 everyone! We would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of our new students who have joined us this week. We hope that you feel supported and happy here at Hokowhitu School. Mrs Dixon has started her sabbatical. We wish her well as she explores ways to support the learning needs of students who are not progressing as expected.
It is an exciting time ahead as our tamariki work towards performing in our major production at the Regent Theatre in Week 6 of this term. Plenty of mahi will be involved in preparation from both students and staff. Please mark in your diary the evening of Thursday 1st September to come along and enjoy the show.

Please be aware the big stainless steel slide is currently out of action. We have discovered issues with it and it is not safe. Please ensure your children stay off the fort and slide if you are using the playground after school or at the weekend. Weather permitting the slide will be removed shortly.
